2019/10/01 Cayman Companies (Amendment) Law, 2019

Every company shall comply with this amending Law as follows:
1.Filing deadline for updated list of directors is 30 days.
2.Registrar to make list of directors available for inspection by any person.
3.Keep a written register of its members before Feb. 8, 2020.
4.Failure to maintain beneficial ownership register may be fined up to US$61,000 and 2 years imprisonment.
