2019年最新修訂的(境外)法，貝里斯境外公司不可經營以持有智慧財產
(如: 商標、專利、著作權、技術)做為公司主要業務收入來源，但不包括公司因經營業務所需持有的智慧財產。
所有境外公司，都必須在2020年1月30日前完成歸檔，聲明公司是否經營智慧財產業務。
 
Belize Company Latest Rules
Pursuant to Belize IBC Act. amended in 2019, Belize IBCs shall not acquire, hold, own, or deal in any intellectual property (IP) assets,
from which identifiable income accues to the business.
All IBCs must forward IPAG form to the Belize International Financial Services Commission declaring if it holds any IP asset before Jan. 15, 2020.
