新加坡註冊局(ACRA)於2020年7月31日公布關於登記控制人名冊(RORC)的新規定，此前只需將名冊歸檔於註冊辦公室，現今需要在2020年9月29日前將存放地點改為新加坡住冊局(ACRA)。
香港公司根據2018年公司法(修訂)條例規定，須備份重要控制人登記冊於註冊辦公室，供執法人員查閱。

With effect from 30 July 2020 Singapore's companies are required to keep a Register of Registrable Controllers (RORC), and have to lodge the RORC with ACRA by 29 September 2020.
The Hong Kong company is also required to maintain a Significant Controllers Register to be accessible by law enforcement officers.
