貝里斯公司新資訊
貝里斯金融管理局於2020年7月28日公布 「經濟實體法指引」，要求所有貝里斯公司每年繳交經濟實體申報表(Economic Substance Forms)，及申請稅務編號 (沒有在當地營運不須繳稅)。

he Belize IFSC (International Financial Service Commission) issued the ES Guidance Note on July 28, 2020. All IBCs must complete the ES Forms and submit to IFSC. All IBCs need to obtain a TIN from the Registry. Having TIN does not mean that the IBC is liable for tax in Belize.
