BVI Business Companies
Amendment Act 2024 Effective
The BVI Business Companies (Amendment) Act 2024 came into effect on 2 January 2025.
Under this amendment, companies are now required to file their Register of Members, Register of Directors, and Register of Beneficial Ownership.
Failure to comply with these filing requirements may result in penalties and the inability to obtain a Certificate of Good Standing or a Certificate of Incumbency.
