BVI Company
Filing Financial Return
Under the BVI Business Company Order, from 2024, BVI Companies are required to prepare and file with their registered agent an annual financial return which contains certain financial information for fiscal years (Jan.1 - Dec.31). Exemption of the Filing Requirement：
1. A listed company on any stock exchange.
2. A company that is regulated under a financial services legislation and provides financial statements to the Commission in accordance with the requirements of that financial services legislation.
